Our Strategy: Story, Values, Quality, Airworthiness and Ambition

Our Story

More than 30 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, at the service of our customers.

AMA Industrie draws on more than 30 years of experience of its president and team in aircraft maintenance.

Claude Martinez, president of AMA Industrie, has worked in aircraft maintenance since 1974. During his career, he set up a seat maintenance unit in the Paris region, and launched and managed many aircraft projects in France and abroad, in specialities such as aerostructures, cabin maintenance, leak detection and fuel tank sealing.

In 2011, he founded Aquitaine Maintenance Aéronautique Industrie, specialised in aircraft maintenance and in particular seat and cabin work. Its main objective: to offer customers high-level technical services and to provide experts in their fields.

Since 2012, AMA Industrie has built a strong team of technicians and a partnership with an engineering company to offer complete maintenance solutions. In 2017, the creation of a Quality department enabled the company to obtain EASA Part 145 approval. In September 2026, AMA Industrie joined Do iT Group, a Toulouse-based group specialising in engineering and high value-added services.

Today, AMA Industrie is a key player in aircraft maintenance, cabin fitting and aerospace services for airlines and industry players, with revenue of €2.78M in 2025 and two sites near Bordeaux, in Saint-Jean-d'Illac and Mérignac. The company is entering a new phase of growth, combining its long-standing expertise with the capabilities and ambitions of Do iT Group.

Our Values

Choosing AMA means relying on an experienced, responsive partner close to its customers.

Expertise & Experience

Hands-on expertise gained at the heart of aircraft operations: experienced teams, used to demanding environments and to the specific constraints of airline operations.

Responsiveness & Flexibility

An organisation able to adapt to operational constraints: AMA mobilises its teams according to each customer's needs, lead times and the requirements of every job.

Quality & Rigour

Mastery of procedures at the heart of every job: our services are carried out in line with applicable requirements, with particular attention to inspection and traceability.

Proximity & Customer Satisfaction

A close relationship built over time: one identified point of contact, direct communication and attentive follow-up to build trust with our customers.

Quality & Airworthiness

Inspection, traceability and release

Our maintenance activities are certified under the EASA Part 145 aeronautical approval, guaranteeing our customers that services are carried out in compliance with airworthiness requirements.

EASA Part 145 Approval

Maintenance organisation approval certificate FR.145.0709, obtained in August 2017 following the creation of our Quality department.

Self-inspection & Traceability

Each technician checks their own work and signs the corresponding work documents. Tooling is inventoried daily and product validity is monitored.

EN 9110 Objective

To keep improving our service, we aim to obtain EN 9110 certification, to steer our quality management system and be listed in the international OASIS database.

Inspection & Release

Review of work files, compliance verification and issue of airworthiness documents, including the EASA Form 1 release certificate, under our Part 145 approval held in our own right.

Our Ambition

Supporting our customers for the long term

Recognised operational expertise

AMA Industrie supports its customers in their aircraft maintenance activities, with particularly strong expertise in Cabin Interiors. Our organisation relies on experienced teams, in-depth knowledge of aerospace environments and a way of working focused on quality, compliance and customer requirements.

Our proximity to the major aircraft maintenance players in the Bordeaux region allows us to work as close as possible to operational needs.

A new growth momentum

Joining Do iT Group in September 2026 opens up new development opportunities and complementary skills. AMA keeps its position as an aircraft maintenance specialist, while drawing on the group's expertise in engineering, staffing, EWIS and manufacturing services.

Our ambition: keep growing our activities, support our customers in their new needs and build lasting partnerships based on proximity, responsiveness and quality of service.
