Seats are at the heart of passenger experience. Our teams handle the full cycle of seat maintenance on site, in complete autonomy, from removal to reconnection.

What we do

Removal & Reinstallation

Removal, disconnection, reinstallation and reconnection of seats.

Reconfiguration

Cabin layout changes and seat conversions to the airline's configuration.

Covers & Cleaning

Cover removal and refitting, cleaning of seats and their components.

Inspection & Restoration

Detailed visual inspections (DVI), restoration and repair of seats and their safety items, in line with manufacturer documentation.

Floors & Sealing

Cargo and sealing

During checks and modifications, access to the structure starts with the floors. Our teams remove and reinstall cargo floor panels, work on locking systems and remove and reapply seals, in line with the applicable documentation.

Work on floor and cargo locking systems, from removal to final check.

Opening of cargo areas to give access to the structure and systems.

Removal and reapplication of seals, in line with the applicable maintenance documentation.

Documentation & Compliance

Preparation, execution, traceability and release

Every work package relies on rigorous documentation. From preparing work cards to releasing the work, we ensure full traceability of our interventions under our EASA Part 145 approval.
